The development in Social Media did not go unnoticed. Due to it's progression the producer/consumer market changed and people started to be more convince by other means of getting information about products.
Cell phones and instant chat gets the word out fast about anything if wired to a Social Media tool (e.g: face book, my space, twitter; etc). Can you imagine what that does to bad customer service?
The very instant something happens, with a few clicks (or in this case, a few key punches) publishers and readers are exposed to information about every thing that is going on around them. Blog spots and and independent web pages rack up a number of followers after a time, then generating buzz and influence.
With this development there is an upside in which buyers get the convenience of shopping from home on their computers.
The downside is: instead of advertisers buying in to televisions programs, radio broadcast and newspapers, here's now what happens:
Step 1: Buyer click on 'Buy Now'
Step 2: Seller Confirm the buyer Order
Step 3: Buyer make the payment
Step 4: Seller Send item to buyer upon receiving payment
Step 5: You can give good rating to your seller/buyer when the transaction is completed
This now causes a division between the buyer/seller
